Located within a vast complex, the hotel felt impersonal and institutional, but the buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of choices. the spacious room overlooking the beautiful view was the highlight of the stay. the onsen was well designed, allowing for enjoyable relaxation. Plus, the shuttle service from the station was a convenient addition.
The rushed check-in process left a lot to be desired.

The buffet had a wide variety of choices for breakfast and dinner. the room was spacious and offered a great view. They provided a shuttle service to and from the station which was helpful.
The hotel complex was very impersonal and pricey. the check-in process felt rushed and confusing since there were three hotels connected.

I appreciated the free shuttle, and the room I was in had great views of the sakura trees. The food offered in the buffets was diverse and tasty, with options for both breakfast and dinner. I was able to watch some local entertainment which added to the atmosphere.
The hotel was very impersonal and I felt rushed during check-in. It felt institutional, and was a bit too pricey for what it offered.
